Vitamins that Work to Stop Hair Loss?

Statistically, hair loss is a common universal problem and it is more common among men. The deficiency of vitamin in the diet can cause hair loss to some extent. But if there is a proper consumption of vitamin then hair loss problem can be fully achieved. Vitamin B is important for one’s hair growth.

Vitamin B are water soluble vitamins and are found in fruits, eggs, grains, fish, turkey, meat and milk. They contain Para-aminobenzoic acid that stops graying of hair, Inositol that prevents hair fall, Vitamin B-3 circulates the blood onto your scalp, Vitamin B-5 helps in re-growth of hair and Biotin does not allow your hair to grow grey and to some extent prevents hair loss. Vitamin B-6 and B-12 help in the growth of healthy hair.

Vitamin E is a good vitamin for your hair. It contains a lot of nutrients which circulates the blood in the scalp that is required for the hair follicles. The requirement for Vitamin E is met by raw or sprouted seeds, nuts, grains and cold pressed olive oil. Vitamin A lubricates the hair loss and is found in many vegetables, eggs and liver. Vitamin C is also beneficial which is found in most kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables.
